Unbelievably crabby- Please see pattern page

Its a beautiful fall day- sun is shinning and the wind is reasonable. What's not reasonable is me! I'm unbelievably crabby!

This is me!
Yep! I'm the one with the stink eye for everyone.   Really is it so hard just to get a regular tea at the damn starbucks?  You know the stuff that's in every restaurant in North America (why is everything so complicated?)   Do I want black tea or herbal tea?  There's Earl Grey (box was empty) and some other stupid concoction....I guess I'll just have to go home and yell at my cats.

Oh, but I can't because I want to use the free Wi-Fi so I'll order the zillionth coffee of the day.  That's really going to help...
l
To make up for the vast amount of evil mental thoughts I'm sending out to the world today I'm sharing this very appropriate pattern that's pictured above.  It'll be on keep and share in a couple of days but right now I don't have the patience to handle it.  If there's any mistakes please let me know and watch out because there's a lot of turns in this pattern. (I guess that kinda matches my mood)
Please go see the pattern page for the updated pattern. cheers Vicki

  1. Oh dear! I do hope your week improves! Yes, I understand entirely how it is the little easy things, that should be not even noticed that once screwed up, can indeed ruin ones mood for an entire day! Bad, Starbucks. BAD!
(That is why I eschew Starbucks these days and only go to Tim-less-pretentious-Hortons!)

  2. So cute, the skull! I'm doing a skeleton paper doll now. If I should decide to tat one, this is the skull I will tat. Thanks for the pattern!

  3. Great pattern and I'm not even a halloweenie type person! I know what you mean about tea at Starbucks. I'm not a coffeedrinker but someone gave me a gift card to Starbucks about ....oh, 5 or 6 years ago. MONTHS ago, I finally went in and ordered some iced tea. It's such a pain getting something to drink these days. Even McDonalds - do I want a styrofoam or plastic cup?

  4. Some days are just like that. You really made my day -- I think just because you think like I do.
Cheer up. Here in the South, if you ask what type of tea is available, the answer is "We have both types, Ma'am. Sweet and Un-sweet." My Australian friend was greatly dismayed!

  8. Hi, I'm new to tatting and I didn't quite get the shuttle flick down pat so I'm now sticking to needle tatting for the moment. I thought this would be super simple but I got stuck when I had to join things with unfamiliar stiches, I looked them up on utube and got them but then I had bits of skull all over the place and it was tiny and boy oh boy.... discouraged : (
is there a simplified version? or is this the simplified version lolol
thanks I love this just wish I could do it, I was almost finished too.
