Coffin Bookmark or I Told You I Was Sick!

Happy Thanksgiving!

We're in the second week of October and the leaves are turning quickly.  There was warm weather all September and are just now getting more fall style days.  It's created a bit of an issue for me because I have to figure out what to wear again-  I just got used to dressing for the hotter temperatures! Anyways,  in celebration of the spookier time of year I'm sharing a pattern with you.  It's been on hold for a couple of years for no good reasons and even longer than the date I wrote it out.  I'm hoping to share a few things with you this fall but as you may have noticed, these things sometimes take longer than expected!

Cheers!

I made a tail by making 20-30 lock stitches and then a tassel.   The letter RIP beads were sewn onto the rings using DMC metallic thread.  Have you ever tried to undo anything done with that thread?  It never comes undone lol.
