Happy New Year!
I celebrated the New Year by working on the Elements CAL . Unfortunately I had to go back about of rows yesterday because of a missed stitch that made everything go askew.
Well written pattern but you have to watch out that you don't skip a stitch. I don't think its a new technique but it looks more complicated than it really is.
Pretty pattern! I have a great yarn stash. Unfortunately, I don't have great variety in color, so projects like this would require a shopping trip. I'm trying to de-stash!
Wow this is beautiful excellent colors and work and to think all i can do is granny squares.
ReplyDeleteIts pretty much granny squares. If I turned it over it looks exactly like a granny square.
DeleteThis must be a new technique in crochet! Is it easy to follow? Are you making the whole afghan? This block looks good by itself. It is VERY striking!

DeleteInteresting CAL, looks as though you'll need to keep your wits about you! Happy New Year.

ReplyDeleteThere's a lot of people doing it as a destash project. It still looks good with many colors.
